Excerpts from Alaska (2006)

In August 2006, the “Lion in the Street” crew joined David Farber as he trekked by floatplane and electric wheelchair into the Alaskan wilderness to photograph grizzly bears. The high-definition, wide-screen footage was shot to broadcast standards in 24p, meaning it features the look of film but on digital video.
Excerpts of early footage – Chicago area (2005)
TIME (5 minutes)
This preliminary footage was shot on Super 8 video in the Chicago area in 2005. Since then, production has jumped into high gear, using superior video/sound equipment, including a summer 2006 shoot in Alaska.
